Supporting Scripture: Hebrews 4:16 (KJV) - "Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."
Prayer is a privilege because it grants us access to God, who is holy and righteous, yet He invites us into His presence. Many take for granted the immense honor of being able to speak to the Creator of the universe at any time, in any place, about anything. The boldness we are encouraged to have in prayer is not arrogance but confidence in the finished work of Christ. Through His sacrifice, the veil was torn, and we can now enter freely into God’s presence. As believers, we must never lose sight of this privilege and must approach God with reverence, awe, and gratitude.
