CARING

You have no idea who God will put in your path each day.  A cassual hello and smile could change the mind of someone contemplating suicide or encourage someone battling depression.  We must care about the people around us.  When you say hello to someone and ask how they are doing, do it with the attitude that says, "I'm genuinely interested in how you ar doing, in what's going on in your life, and I promise to pray for you."  People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.  Our greatest example of this principle is Jesus!  Our Savior genuinely cared about everyone He came in contact with.  He took the time to discuss their challenge and show that He cared.  From his disciples, to the woman at the well, to the distraught father, Jairus; to the woman with the issue of blood, Jesus showed that He cared.  He still shows it to us today.
