It would have been easy for Mordecai to acquiesce or give in. After all, Esther was a Queen. But good motivators are not intimidated by the position of their men-tee. Good motivators also don't put their own feelings in front of their assignment. Good motivation comes from a place of stability, and self-confidence. Good motivators continue to grow and can therefore continue to help others grow. All of us have a motivational assignment. There is someone near you that needs to be motivated. It may be a child, an adult, a young adult, or senior citizen. but no matter the stage in life, everyone needs motivation.
